Toronto, Ont. –  Will Owen heads north of the border to Canada this weekend carrying strong momentum after scoring back-to-back runner up finishes in the last two events of the Pro Mazda Championship presented by Cooper Tires.  The young American driver will look to climb one step higher in the podium and score his first win of the season this weekend at the Cooper Tires Pro Mazda Grand Prix of Toronto.

The Juncos Racing driver currently sits fifth in the championship with his AMR machine coming into the Canadian rounds with 142 points, and is quickly turning into a realistic threat for the title at the end of the year.  Owen will race around this 1.755-mile street course for the second time in his career after competing here last year in the US F2000 Championship.

The 20-year-old driver spent the day yesterday visiting the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto alongside his Juncos teammate Garrett Grist as part of the Racing for Kids organization.
